As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This might be a little early but hear me out. G-ville GTG...
I say we go ahead now and start planning a spring *family* Greenville GTG. I know it seems soon but think about last time we tried to do a family GTG how it turned out... It would be fun to go to the park or something and cook out and be able to bring hubbies, kids...whatever. Not to mention if we get a date set by Feb that we can all agree on, then it will be more easily available for us to plan other things in our life around it, than to wait until the month of or month before and try to squeeze it into things we already have planne din our lives...??
So my questions are:
#1 what do you think about starting to plan it now (at least getting a date and location down that we can all agree on)
and
#2 who would like to help me plan this? (I know we ALL plan it but I mean find available cook out locations, parks ect..so we can present our findings to the other lovely ladies for us ALL to make final decisions)

It's fine I just thought we might want to have a nice get together so everyone can meet everyone and their families...if noone is interested that's ok...it was just a suggestion.

I'm up for a spring GTG too, however, I have NO idea what our calendar looks like for that time right now. I know this fall's going to be hectic, but other than that I'm pretty much going month-to-month right now. When it gets closer I'll have a better idea.
This weekend was pretty packed, so that's why I didn't have a response earlier.

I knew I joined The Nest too late! I just moved from Greenville eight months ago! I was transfered for work and lived there for a year! (Not to mention I worked in construction management, so you can imagine how hard it was to meet girlfriends...) AND I worked in Piedmont, right off of Piedmont Highway!
