Just the first book? I think either the meadow or Port Angeles were my favorite from Twilight, but not from the whole series. I'm not sure about my favorite quote..
Eclipse was my favorite book from the series so I can remember quotes from that much easier haha

Obviously the 'compromise' chapter when they are officially engaged. Hehe.. and my favorite quote is in my siggy ::points down:: I absolutely looooved that she punched Jacob, even if she did get hurt. He drove me nuts and I loved that she had the balls to hit him when he disrespected her like that!

i really like the morning after the blood typing scene - the conversation they have when he asks her to go to seattle with him. i love that whole conversation. i also really giggled when he said "bella it's not my fault if you are exceptionally unobservant." and i also like the beginning of the lunch scene right after that when he winks at her to come sit with him.
i like when he stays with her the first night.
i also liked the third time he kisses her and makes her all woosy so she'll get over the whole running in the forest thing.
of course i love the meadow scene too, but the above parts i loved as well.
