*Hitched*

How was your Holiday and New Year? Do anything fun? This week seems to be dragging. I hate that it's a full one.

Re: *Hitched*

  • Yes January is dragging! Spent about every day but one with them. 5 days in the QC, then back down to Peoria to work, and the next day they are bored and come down for 4 days! I only wanted to be in the QC for 3 days, but the weather and DH kept us up there. So much for time off to do things I needed to do around the house.

Ready for the inauguration madness? Your tax dollars at work. I'll be watching at home on my couch. Yes, I am a dork and opted to use a vacation day. I seriously thought about driving out to MD to stay at the parental hotel, and do some day tripping to DC, but I was told to get a life.

  • I stayed home half the morning to watch the inauguration. I'm just happy I don't work any where near DC. It was crazy busy down there. My DC office was shut down that day. Which totally blew for the Baltimore Office. We still had to work the afternoon, which was so dumb because we didn't get anything done. We were on the internet the entire day watch everything.

Glad to hear you had a great winter break, even if you had to spend it with the parents.
