Candi

It took me awhile to figure it out, but it seems that FF gave me the solid circles for not temping close to my default time (6:45am).  I sleep a little late on some weekends/holidays, and those times were around 10:00am. Embarrassed  The times upto 9:44 are open.  That's my only guess...

Re: Candi

  • Just found it...

    Open Circles and Dots:
If something in the data indicates that the temperature may be slightly inaccurate (either by events selected in the Special data area or by a time difference larger than normal), the temperature is plotted using a circle instead of a dot. Please note that these points do not need to be discarded. The circle will just indicate to the reader areas on the chart where the data may be less accurate.

Given that explanation, I'm not sure what makes so many slightly inaccurate and the ones where I tempted later more accurate....

  • Hmmm that is interesting.  The girls on GP say (although I don't know if it really does) that temping at a different time really screws with your chart.  In my experience it does make a difference of like .4 degrees sometimes...but I just note it in the notes section.  I am still getting clear thermal shifts that let me know I O.   So I still think give it a few more days and you'll get crosshairs probably..but the temps do need to spike higher than they are right now for those crosshairs to appear.

  • Okay, I'll try to get better about temping at the same time each day.  I sleep so hard on my days off that it's hard to wake up at 6:45 if I don't have to.  Thanks, Candi!
  • Yeah I understand that!!  I temp at 5:30 because that is when Wes gets up so I am awake then.  I don't want to do that on Sat/Sun lol.  But sometimes I just set the alarm anyway, temp, go back to sleep.  Other times I just sleep in, temp, and then note it.

  • You know, if all my pain today was because of an ovarian cyst that ruptured then I wouldn't be surprised of I get that temp rise tomorrow.  The pain has finally stopped, but I do feel a little sore now.  It's better than how I was feeling earlier!
  • Well I am glad you are feeling better!  I imagine those really hurt!
