Nope. Mindreader. I actually was on the phone with DH when I opened this post. He did just get a call when we were talking, said it was probably the bossman and that he'd call me back.

So much for de-Christmasing before, though. I mean, unless we leave tomorrow morning and de-Christmas tonight. I did take the ornaments down, but the big box for them is up in the stupid attic, so they're just hanging out on the kitchen table.
DE-CHRISTMATIIIIIZE.

That is our plan for the whole weekend - de-Christmatize the house, inside and out.

Argh, it wasn't DH's boss on the phone - it was bossman's wife. Bossman hasn't been heard from since 6 a.m., and he was stuck in Kuwait then (I told you he's an international pilot, right? That info without the why would sound really, really odd).

Yes, I am a fan. Not a giant one, though I could be if I put that much effort into it. Sadly, I've only been to one concert. I'm convinced they were all tired bc it was at the end of a tour bc Boyd was the only one who was really into it. Sad face.
But one of my best friends is OBSESSED and used to make me sit through hours of Dave shows, music and such back in college. Every afternoon was Dave Time, and she'd crank up the DMB for practically the whole dorm to hear. For real. Sigh. Those were the days.
Clearly you haven't read any of mine and Kayash's posts, because that is all we talk about lol.. I have been to 9 shows, but only became a huge fan when I met J. I always liked them, but he is crazy about them, and took me to their show the first summer we were together.
We left and I was like ohmygod I want more, so I looked up tickets and there were still some for the show at Randall's Island, so we drove down to NYC to see them. Black Eyed Peas opened for them so that was awesome too. The following year they played at Fenway and we went to both shows ... two of my top ten nights right there.
The next year we went to both shows here, but it was during the week so it sucked. So last year we decided to take a road trip - the one I mentioned earlier - to see them at The Gorge, in WA. Three nights, and O.A.R. opened for them. Such an amazing trip!
Anywho, I guess you could say I am borderline obsessed now lol
Fun!!!! I can def see the obsession potential, but it's hard to do when - wait for it - the cheese stands alone.
DH keeps saying he doesn't want to go to one of their concerts. Why? No clue. I suspect it has something to do with hippies. DH hates hippies.
He actually digs their music and taught himself a few of their songs on his acoustic (Satellite, Ants Marching, Trippin' Billies, Lie in Our Graves ... I think that's it). He's just being a boob, I guess.
I will tell you the same thing I told Kayash - make him go! Not many people are a million times better live than recorded, but they are ah. may. zing.
