furniture stores?

Hey y'all,

I'm in B'ham and my husband and I are hoping to buy a new bed soon. We found one we liked at At Home but wanted to look around a little more before we buy. Any suggestions on stores to check out?

Thanks,

Michelle

  • I'm not familiar with Bham but there are some girls on here that could help. Have you looked online to see what kind of furniture stores are around you? Good Luck and Welcome!

  • There is a great selection and even better prices at Dogtown.

  • I bought a couch/chair/coffee table/end table/sofa table almost 5 years ago at Haverty's - I'm really happy with it.  I got a...thing?  Plan?...that covers me for up to 5 years from the date of purchase so if the furniture got torn/stained/ruined in any way, they would replace whatever piece free of charge.  I need to go in and see them - my coffee table was brutalized in my last move.  Other than that, the pieces have held up great, are very comfortable, and I would definitely go back there.  I went to the one in Hoover.
