I made salsa chicken yesterday courtesy of your blog.  My dad and Travis thank you!  They loved it.  Thanks!

I made rice with it (just minute rice) - boiled the water with chicken & tomato boullion and stirred in corn after.  It was good!

Yum, that looks good!  I love the crockpot, it makes everything so easy.  Do you use those crockpot liners?  I want to kiss whatever geek invented those.

Nope. John does the dishes so it doesn't matter to me! Though if I know whatever I'm going to make is going to leave a horrible ring (like mac n cheese) I'll spray it with cooking spray.

Butting in too. I never would have thought of cooking spray and after the beans we made yesterday sticking so badly to the crock pot I need to remember that! THANKS for the tip.
