As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My Interview f/u
SO I had my interview today. ?I guess it went well. ?We had good dialogue. ?They are interviewing 7 people including me for the position, they will be narrowing it down to 2 people, then a 2nd interview to determine the person they will hire.
They seemed really nice. ?I hope I am the one, keep your fingers crossed for me.
