A few thoughts for you.....
Dr. Rebecca Eades http://www.apapo.org/DrBeckyEades/. I used to work with her at Rollins and she was great. I know she worked a lot with individuals with eating disorders.
www.something-fishy.org It's a great website that has a treatment section that you can search based on location.
