Usztics and Pealers Flowers

I am looking for feedback on Usztics and Pealers Flowers. I am trying to decide between the two.

I used Pealers for my wedding, and have mixed feelings about them.  The flowers were beautiful...just not what I had ordered.  They also had the wrong color boutenneir for my dh...and four years later, I'm still miffed about it since I see their error in every wedding photo.  They are also a little overpriced, I think.  On a positive note, I found them very responsive during the planning process (and I planned from out of town).  If I sent an email, I received a response back very quickly.  All the flowers were set up right on time at the church and reception venue.  Also, the flowers held up very well.  Keep in mind, this is all from 4 years ago, so things might have changed since then.

It's been quite a while since my wedding, but my experience with chains (Royers, Pealers, etc.) was that they were more expensive than independent florists.

SIL is planning her wedding, and she found the same thing about one of the chains recommended by her venue, but I can't remember which one it was.

I rarely hear good things about Pealers.  I agree that the chain flower shops are not as good as the independent ones.  They always seem to screw up the orders like what happened to pp.  Good luck!

I met with Pealers too when I was looking.  Their prices (a long with the other large chains) seemed to be much higher, especially for what you get.  I think it helps to search around because you can really save a lot and still get exactly the flowers that you want.  GL!
