Our realtor is C. Morgan Davis. He and his team have been a great help twice in buying and selling my first house and buying our second. He works closely together with Julee Felsman, our mortgage broker. I can't say enough good things about both of them. They do their jobs well and will help you find a house that is perfect for you.

We are in the process of buying right now (close the end of the week!), and our realtor has been amazing. We're first timers and she walked us through everything, she was even at our signing with the title company today. She was recommended to us by our in-laws, who purchased through her last year and she's still calling them to check in and even attended their recent going away party for their big Africa trip they're on. She's just super-sweet, she's become a good friend. Her name is Loree Kaiser, she's at the John L Scott South Portland office. Her office #: (503) 656-6656.
We liked our mortgage broker a lot too, but he's located in Canby, which may be inconvenient if you're in PDX. We'd visited one other broker (actually a long time family friend, who I think was kind of upset we didn't use him), but Derek told us about programs our family friend hadn't even mentioned. We wouldn't have been able to buy if he hadn't told us about the loan program we ended up going with. unfortunately i'm going to have to add a big NO to C. Morgan Davis. I contacted them when DH and I took a trip out to Portland because we are moving there this summer. He got back to me at first, but was slow in responses and then NEVER got back to me before we went out there in November. I was offended and went with someone else...ironicaly it was Jeff Cooke listed below.

I will second your vote! Cristi recommended him to me when DH and I went out there in November and he was GREAT. Very knowledgable and personable....i would recommend him to anyone!
Christi - please apologize to Jeff for us not having gotten back to him, he was great and we can't thank him enough. I've just been super busy and forgot that he emailed us until right now!
