The file is big (1.2 MB) so let me know if you don't receive it. I almost bought Suze Ormans new book at Sams Club the other week and I didn't. So glad I didn't because they had posted the entire book online for free!
I usually always wear 6.5 in Nina shoes and that's what I ordered, but I am concerned about fit as well. They are higher than I'm used to and I don't want to have to pay to ship them back! I couldn't find them on any other site that ninashoes.com!
