American Eagle Credit Union (well Anheuser Busch Empl. CU, but they're the same now and for AE you don't have to be an empl. of AB).
I've had good experiences with Pulaski. However, with our last home we purchased, we went a different route with ING Direct. You do everything over the phone or online. We got our interest rate for 1.5% lower than what other providers, like Citi, could provide, plus no additional fees. http://home.ingdirect.com/ I really recommend them.
