these pictures fascinate me, move me, and boggle my mind...
I'm sure many of you have seen or read the story about a U.S. Airlines plane landing in the Hudson river. Everyone was safely rescued, but I just can't fathom the mechanics of it all...I suppose that's a good thing sometimes.
But it's just breathtaking. It just looks like a little toy buoying in a bath tub.

I still can't believe in this day and age of technology that a flock BIRDS, yes BIRDS can bring down an aircraft. Its just plane NUTS.... (yes i meant to spell plain.. plane).
there was a crash a month or so ago, and most of the people were injured due to stampeding each other. Its good that this didn't happen this time.
It sounds like they were fortunate to have such an experienced pilot.
It is amazing. I guess when its time its time. Its a great way to start a year with a story that was caused by nature. A little reminder who is in real control and that prayers work.?
When I used to travel out of there my worst nightmare would be that my plane crashing into the water only because I can't swim. ?
