For the first time in the 6 years I've owned my truck, the outside temperature gauge registered a negative number.  In the past it has said ICE so I assumed that was as cold as it could get.  Nope this morning it said -4. buuurrrrr

i hear ya....this morning the first thing i heard when the alarm went off was the weather report - it was -3 degrees. talk about hard to get out of bed!

i hear you.  It was really cold today.  I am alread dreading the afternoon dog walk.  Spring where are you?

c called me when she was leaving work this morning to tell me that i should go start my car so it would warm up before i left. i told her nope. i wasn't gonna do it. then i told her i was staying home. it was -12 at that point. she was sooooo happy to have a warm bed and body to come home to--although let me tell you, toes are like little ice cubes at that point. our thermostat says it's actually in the positives out there now: 2.

the wind chill this morning was -15, and our electricity went out AGAIN.  I was afraid we'd have to try and find a motel that would take dogs, but it came back on an hour later.  BRRRRRRRR!  I still can't warm up, no matter how many blankets, cups of coffee, hats, and robes.  Our electric bill is gonna be out of control.  UGH!
