Direct Sale i.e, pampered chef, 31 or such
do any of you ladies do a direct sale business, if so how do you meet new people to make new sales.

I sell Pampered chef, I have a personal Pamperedchef website that helps alot. I also have that website listed at the bottom of all of my emails. I put one book in each sundayschool room at church also. Every time there is a raffel or give away I try to donate several small things and stick a business card on top. I have done many parties that were from give aways. I work for a dentist office and alot of the offices in this area are close so word spreds fast and alot of the ladies buy. Also if you have a friend who works in a hospital get him/her to drop books off on all the floors. Realestate is slow now, but hook up with an agent, when someone buys a house most of the time the agent will give them a house warming gift. Hope this helps.
May I ask what are you selling?
I sell BeautiControl. I haven't given the free spa parties since I've been in Birmingham, though. Mostly, I sell via word of mouth from existing customers or if people ask me about my makeup or skin. I don't really put product guides out anymore... Lately, I've sold a lot on ebay.
