How far really IS mexico?
So, i've read online about Mexico being thisclose to San Diego and I'm now curious.
Anyone ever been for the day? What did you do? Did you stay the night?
I'm really, really, really wanting to go to Cabo, but, I'm sure I'd have to hop on a plane and fly.
Re: How far really IS mexico?
we haven't been yet. i need to get a passport. i know, i'm so not cool! it's about 20 miles i believe. someone will correct me if i'm wrong. are you counting down the days?
oh, you will want to fly to cabo. we checked, ILs have a place there. it's a little far. it's either 1 or 2 hours on the plane from LA.
Mexico is very very close. There are people that commute there to work and vice versa. You can see the border from downtown and Coronado Beach.
And yes...fly to Cabo. I am not speaking from experience, but to my knowledge, all of the pretty Mexico beaches are an airplane ride away.
