I've been trying to clean up my scraproom so that we can clear it out to be Noah's new room. I am feeling you there! I just can't believe how much stuff I have!
Today Noah is sick/cutting teeth and he has been crying/whining most of the day. His nap time was heaven. Now I'm feeling really sick and just want a shower and nap. Yes, I'm whining now, too.
I'm not working (well - because I don't have a job yet). So, I went to have blood drawn (for my yearly physical for insurance), treated myself to a sushi lunch, and now am working on my resume and cover letters to send out this week.
The weekend was relaxing - C and I went out to dinner, watched a lot of movies, and made homemade pasta sauce and gnocchi.
That sounds like fun! I bet they all really like to see her.
Crystal--I think that's stupid that your job is making you train someone right now. If you get pregnant, don't they realize you will have months and months to train someone?
Leesa--hang in there! Hopefully you'll be past the feeling sick part of pregnancy soon.
I didn't answer about my weekend. Saturday we drove to Novi for our friends' daughter's 1st b-day party! It was fun but it took 2 hours to get there because of the idiots on the road. We saw at least 10 cars in the ditch on the way there.
On a side note, Haley turned 9 months old on Saturday! (My ticker is screwy for some reason.) It got me thinking about planning her b-day party. It will be here before we know it.
They really do sound like they are idiots! Why would they hire someone with no computer experience for a job like yours?! I'm sorry that they are morons!
He actually can't be sent back for at least 12 months (I think). It's at least 6 months. How stupid.
What is everyone having for dinnner?
For us: DH is picking up Quiznos!
I've been to Bennigan's twice and never loved it. I'd rather go to Applebee's or Houlihan's!
I'm making meatloaf and mashed potatoes. DH works late on Mondays so we won't eat until around 7:30.
Side note...Haley didn't nap great today so I put her to bed at 7:00 tonight instead of 8:00. What a beautiful thing!
Side note #2...Bennigan's is our favorite place to eat. I'm jealous that you went there tonight Crystal!
We tried this random thoughts thing before and everyone posted ONE freakin' time and didn't come back. For this to work, people have to come back more than once per day and "chat."
Let's try again tomorrow. Maybe we'll get more people coming here!
Normally I check this board quite a few times a day, but we've been really busy at work. We just moved from our old office into two new ones, so there's either been no computer available or I've been way to busy organizing and cleaning to be able to use it. But I definitely like the idea of chatting.
Is anyone else watching The Bachelor? I love Jason, but I don't know which of the girls I like. His date last week with Melissa (in the helicopter) seemed like it went really well.
I was SOOOO happy when Erica was sent home. I did NOT like her at all! She was so two-faced!
