Cleaning services
Does anyone recommend a good home cleaning service?
I'm looking at someone either monthly or every 2 weeks. I also live in the East Orlando area if that helps.
I'm thinking of calling Molly Maids or Merry Maids but don't know if there are better, smaller companies.

I wanted to tell you that I would NOT recommend Molly Maids. My office used them for awhile and they were gosh awful. Not only did they not clean good, but they needed help in the customer relations department...or at least these 2 women did.
A co worker of mine also used them for her house and the woman that did her house was not good either. She switched to Merry Maids and she has not had any issues so far. So maybe try them. Just maybe skip Molly Maids.

We previously used Molly Maids and they were ok.
I use the cleaning service that my apartment complex uses. She does excellent work and the background checks etc. have already been done for her and her staff. I don't know if she works the East Orlando area, but if you're interested, send me a PM and I will be happy to give you her cell phone #.
In addition, her rates are extremely reasonable in my opinion. She charges us $80 for a 1400 square foot space. She does everything from patio window cleaning, patio cleaning, ceiling fans, bathroom tile cleaning, trash take-out, vacuum, sweep, mop, laundry on request, etc.. She's excellent and trust worthy....
I'm not sure if her rates are so reasonable for us since we live in the building where she's in charge of beautification, cleaning, etc? But it may be worth a try?
