I weighed in last night, and I lost 1.8 pounds last week! Woohoo! I'm going to try to step up my exercise over the next 2 months because I want to lose about 15 more pounds before vacation. But I have lost 5.8 pounds since Dec. 1, when I started back on WW. Slept in today, but I'm going back to kickbox class tonight.
B: coffee, yogurt w/granola & berries
L: leftover baked ziti, carrots
S: string cheese, Kashi crackers
leftover veggie fried rice, pork & chicken teriyaki
1/2 c. B&J chocolate fudge brownie yogurt

Yay, congratulations, bridey! That's great progress.
I started week 3 of couch to 5k yesterday and like it much better than week 2. The longer runs are harder, but more rewarding, and it's easier for me to push myself through a smaller number of long runs, rather than 8 shorter ones.
Food should be iffy today, as I have a work lunch, and no exercise -- lots of errands to run and meeting up with friends later.
Great job, everyone! I've been doing really well, and doing the Wii Fit everyday, which I love.
B: Slept through (yay for another day off!)
L: Yves veggie hot dog, black eyed peas and rice, Skinny Cow vanilla with chocolate pop
S: Whole wheat bread with a slice of cheddar
Yesterday wasn't great for me...I didn't go for a walk as planned. My body was so sore from the first week of couch to 5k...which I think speaks volumes about how out of shape I am. I'm going to try to go out later today for a walk, but I don't know if it will happen. either way, I'm back on the exercise wagon tomorrow.
On top of my no exercise day, DH and I split a bottle of wine last night. It was delicious though, so I suppose it was worth it.
Foodwise, I'm doing good though. I've really been monitoring my portions.
B - yogurt and some dates
L - hummus, feta, tomato, and lettuce wrap (so good) and a kiwi
Not sure yet about snacks and dinner. I've got a ton of random stuff in my fridge, I may just whip up a quick pasta dish with lots of veggies.
