My Real Age is...
39.5 ... ehhh not so good, I actually thought it would be worse the way I have been the past couple of months. I went to realage.com ... I really don't watch Oprah too much, I just recorded the Best Life week series. They talk about your real age and how what you do can make your body older or younger than it really is.... it wasn't too long but kinda neat.

Mine says I'm 30.6 - a year older than I am. I think the biggest contributors were my seven-year social smoking habit up until October and my genetically medium-high cholesterol.
I could stand to excercise more, too.
