As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh...I had to reformat the hard drive on my laptop
I got home from training my mom and my laptop spazzed out and I had to do a recovery/reformat

I'm hoping to god that I have the pics of our Disney vacation from 07 on CD or on another computer.

I'm so sorry. That sucks. I really hope you are able to get your pictures. Good luck! Fingers crossed that you can find them.
We have an external hard drive as backups too but we also back up with dvds and keep it on the computer. I know some people are just putting them on externals, but remember that a backup is just that, you want multiple copies because I've had externals go too.
