How we all doing?
I have my fun weights class later today and am ready to get pumped. Week 3 day 2 of C25K went well last night, but I will probably spend more than three days (as you're supposed to) in week 3. Will try to run both days this weekend.

I'm feeling great! I didn't have time to work out last night (and I was just so tired--I worked out for 6 days straight, and I figured one day off was okay), but my eating has been good. I'm not worrying so much about the 1600 days, and am doing well. This am, the Wii Fit says I'm down 3 lbs from my starting weight last week! My jeans are starting to get looser, which is just making my day.
B: Weight Watchers egg sandwich, 2 Morningstar Sausage links
S: V8, apple
L: Falafel and hummus with tomatoes, lettuce, and onions on a pita, veggie chips
S: Probably more V8 if I want it
Definitely doing the Wii Fit again tonight after I watch the premiere episodes of Lost from last night!
Ugh, the last two days have not been great personally, but they are going pretty OK plan-wise. I never got to work out yesterday evening (due to the personal stuff), and I wound up eating the remaining 2/3 of my pint of fro yo, but it's only about 9 WW points, and that's what flex is for. I was going to exercise twice today, but I couldn't get out of bed this morning.
B: milk with instant breakfast, granola
S: yogurt with berries
L: black bean soup with Kashi crackers
S: string cheese and clementines (maybe...I keep forgetting to eat PM snacks)
Ex: Kickbox class. Too bad I'm still sore from Tuesday's class!
I'm doing ok. I'll take a walk later today. Tonight I have a book club meeting, which means wine and lots of snacks. I baked cupcakes for it last night, but as far as cupcakes go, these are probably the healthiest they can be (almonds and clementines in them, and no butter or flour). I'll just do my best.
I had granola and skim milk for breakfast. I haven't really planned out the rest of my day yet. Tomato soup for dinner I think. Maybe hummus and pita for lunch.
Bridey, sorry to hear about your personal stuff, and I hope things improve.

swam another 2000m today - I'm really starting to stink like cholrine. yuck. I hope to make it to the gym tonight to lift weights.
