XP Selling house in Memphis (Bartlett)
My FI was relocated to Memphis last year for his job and bought a house
in Bartlett. Now that we're engaged he's moving back to Atlanta and so
he has to sell the house.
He's putting the house on the market with an agent by March 1st but if anyone's interested, let me know because if he doesn't have to hire a realtor, he can sell it at a lower price.
It's a 3 bedroom/2 full bath house with a bonus room upstairs, 2 car garage and a beautiful, well maintained pool in the backyard. Kitchen has granite counter tops and slate floors. Hardwoods in the living and dining rooms. Park in the neighborhood.
We love the house and we're going to miss the pool dearly.
I'm not sure what he's going to be asking but it's under 200k.
