amiscisin- pick elements!
Just read your random and think you need to choose Elements for Devour Downtown (DD)! It's my fave restaurant in Indy. Amazing food. I will say, though, for Devour Downtown their portions are a little less than normal... (the only DD restaurant I've ever seen do that) but it's still plenty to fill you. Harry and Izzys is ok, too... I've been there several times (not during DD, tho.) and enjoy it as a lunch place. The dinner food has always been good- but not "oh my gosh" stellar like Elements. Their atmosphere is more on the "fun" and ecclectic side, as opposed to Elements which is a little more elegant. Have fun no matter where you go!
