I am game...in the past places like Pat and Oscars, Boudin Bakery, Panera and Nordstrom Cafe have worked well. Its nice because people order at a counter and there is no splitting a huge bill at the end or someone shorting you by accident if they leave early. One GTG cost me over $40 and all I had was an iced tea because everyone tossed money in and left and me and one other girl split the balance

I haven't been too active on the board lately, but I would love a gtg!  My schedule is pretty free so let's work on picking a convenient date and location for everyone.

Anyone have suggestions for a place? How does February 11 sound for everyone? And what time works best for everyone?

Feb 11th is good for me. I am in Scripps Ranch, but anywhere is fine. I would prefer a place like the ones I listed above, for the above listed reason.

Feb 11th should work for me. I don't have a preference for location, but MrsSDSU had some good suggestions.

Feb 11th works for me!  I dont have to take DH to the airport that day so im free to do what I want that night.

Maybe someplace in the La Jolla/Torrey Pines/Del Mar/Carmel Valley area?

Oh no...I just checked some rosters and realized that Feb 11th is the one day I have to stand a 24-hour post .  I guess I'll have to make the next gtg.
