I want nothing more than to stay in my PJs and read a book all day. ?I promise to get all my grades done tonight so that I will have nothing else to do tomorrow. ?Plus, I really don't want to go to my game tomorrow night. ?I am so over cheerleading/basketball right now

No, no, no!!!  As much as I would love a snow day, we don't have them at work.. I'd have to go in at 4:30 am as usual anyway, while DH stays home with Nico. Daycare follows the school closing/late schedule so if would fall on DH to go in late or stay home. The very thought of them snuggling together all day.....not fair!!  **pouting**

As much as I'd love for you to have a snow day, I'm really hoping that there's more talk about this storm than will really happen.  DH has to drive a pretty big truck all day for work and also drive a distance just to get to work.  I always worry on icy days.

I guess I am officially a grown up-- I don't want a big storm since my work won't close unless it is really really bad. I wish I still got "snow days."  They definitely were the best!

Amen!  My classroom was so horrendous today, I think half my staff will create their own "snow day" even if it doesn't snow a single flake!  We need a BREAK!

And my kids were so talkative today. ?I don't know what happened to their brains, but they actually asked if they were going out for recess. ?I didn't even entertain their question with an answer.?

LOL I am COUNTING, girlfriend!  This year's class is going to be the death of me, for sure!  I actually find myself envying people who work at places like Target, where you punch in, punch out, and don't take anything home (and also, don't get beat up or spit on or have to wipe anyone's privates, like at my school lol).

LOL I had to join in here!  Would LOVE a snow day tomorrow!  And I agree NYGirlie some days I also wish I had a job like that, especially with the taking things home to work on ughh, never-ending.  Oh and I see that you got married on the same day I did!  Did you have any problems with getting married during the school year? I did - it was "suggested" that summers and winter/spring breaks are good for getting married/honeymoons.  No thank you - I love Fall weddings.
