Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I get a lot of sinus infections and I've found what helps is using a neti pot. I don't know if you've used one before but I can't say enough good things! You basically just use warm water and salt to flush our your nose. Since I started using it a few years ago I get about half the amount of sinus infections I used to. Just though I'd offer a suggestion since I know how awful sinus infections can be. Hope you feel better!

Thanks for the suggestion - I'll have to give it a shot!
I was the same way. MH bought it for me after he heard about it but I refused to use it at first. It does take some getting used to but once you've got the hang of it it's amazing!
