I remember you telling me that you were into watching True Blood and I was wondering if you wanted to read the series (if you haven't yet). I just got the boxed set a few weeks ago and I now have duplicates of the first 3 books and was wondering if you might like them
Re: Lindsay
Hmm, I'm not sure. I mean I want to read them, but we may be moving in the next month or 2, and with the baby coming soon after that I may not have time! I really don't want to only get halfway through and not be able to finish as soon as I want. I will decide and let you know...if someone else wants them, that's fine too...just let me know
Thanks!!
We are trying! We're looking for a subleaser right now, but it's not looking too promising. Our contract is contingent on us finding one, but our last ditch effort is going to be to ask the builder to take over for the last few months. Paying our rent would be cheaper on him than paying the interest on the house...plus he would only have to pay for around 4 months.
If that's not an option, then we would ask to push closing off until July, since that's when the lease is up. If neither of those 2 options work for the builder, then he is just going to miss out on that sell!
amy and lindsay - good luck on the house front! I can't wait until Adam and I move into our house. We have one waiting for us but as long as Adam works in Alex City we have to wait. I'm so ready for more storage and a garage!
As for the books, that's fine. Anyone else want them? I really want to get rid of them because they're taking up valuble space on my small bookshelf
Blog!
I am not really sure what neighborhood they bought in. Where are yall looking, if you dont mind asking, understand if you don't want to post it.
We are looking at the Olde World townhomes. We have looked at just about every new construction so I was just wondering where it was. We almost bought a house out at Lundy Chase, but once we have to start paying for child care it was going to make too much month at the end of the money! Daycare is absolutely ridiculous!
Another thing about the LC house was the 2 bedrooms were upstairs and the master downstairs in the style we liked...and I just wasn't sure if I would be comfortable with that. Especially when our child gets old enough to stay in his own room.
We looked around in the Claire Downs houses, and the master bedrooms are just a little smaller than we would like. It didn't look like there would be enough room for our king bed, which is now a necessity! If this townhouse doesn't work out though, we may look into them a little more. We really liked working with Lindsey from Weichert Realtors and the builders were also really nice.
