Riverwalk hotels?
Hi! I am a Dallas nestie and have a work function in San Antonio and they are suggesting we stay on the Riverwalk... what hotels are there? (least expensive the better!) TIA!

I can't remember the price range but I'm a big fan of the Emily Morgan. It's not quite ON the Riverwalk but is near the Alamo and just a block from Riverwalk. I've also stayed at a Drury (there's 2 of them & I stayed at the one that used to be a bank). It was nice & comfortable & i believe had free breakfast.
I've also stayed at one of the Marriott hotels but there's 2 of those also. Try searching for for the best rates then go to Priceline and name your price even lower! Additionally I recently stayed at the Best Western in the Sunset Station area that was pretty good too, it's fairly newly decorated in a Mission style and was comfortable and clean.
What month are you coming? Because in April we have a 10 day party (Fiesta) and you might be out of luck finding a hotel downtown.
