Weekend Plans!
So this weekend, Julie is staying home and working on the car. :-(
Tonight I am flying down to Sacramento, for the weekend. My mom and her boyfriend flew in from Iowa. It is my great aunts 60th birthday, my great grandmas 86th, and my uncle and moms 40th birthdays. Tonight when I get in we are headed to Joes' Crab Shack in Old Sacramento. (Super cute touristy area). Saturday, my mom and I are having a spa day, then the big bash that night. Sunday we will eat superbowly food, and hang out. Then my flight leaves at 9p.
It's will go by fast but it's going to be a blast.

Tonight we'll have a friend and her son over for a playdate.
Tomorrow morning we are going to a preschool fair and then in the afternoon the boys' godfather and girlfriend are coming over to watch the boys while we go see a movie or something. YAY! Iove that the boys are getting old enough that people aren't scared of babysitting them.
Sunday we'll do some errands and cleaning. We've ordered wings and queso for dinner (it was a Superbowl thing - but since I doubt we'll watch the game, it'll be our dinner!) I'll also do some packing this weekend for our upcoming trip next week!
tonight we've got a double date to go out to dinner and then to a hockey game! i'm really looking forward to it.
i'm not sure exactly what we'll be doing the rest of the weekend, although i'm guessing c will want to spend some time working on the bathroom. i have a math exam that i have to take by tuesday night. tomorrow was the original deadline, but it got extended because of the weather so now i'm trying to decide if i'll just go take it tomorrow or give myself a bit of extra study time and go monday after work.
I'm so jealous! I love Joes' in Old Sac!! Oh...you gotta stop by the Delta King lounge for a drink if they have a singer. Our Diva Miss Gayiel Von doesn't live in town anymore but that was one of my favorite hangouts. There is nothing like a martini and cabaret show in the lounge.
What else are you going to do in Sacto?
Tonight we are staying in and cooking the dinner we were supposed to have last night but we went out instead. Too bad I couldn't eat it cause I felt too sick. Oh and we are picking up our new car tonight!!!
Tomorrow I am going to try to go to my first prenatal yoga class if I can't get in then we will go to the gym. Then dinner with friends that I am very much looking forward too!!!!
Sunday I think we are going to be attending a super bowl party. I also need to do a ton of correcting so that also will be happening at some point over the weekend.
Tonight we're staying in and i'm making pork tenderloin. the evening will probably include top chef re-runs, nookie, and bed by 10. just the way i like it
Tomorrow A's working and my dad and I will be installing cabinets in the basement...i'm hoping to make a scrapbooking nook - wish me luck! And in the evening we'll be joining friends for dinner
Sunday will be another quiet day...errands, house cleaning, and appetizers for dinner as we watch the commercials - i mean, superbowl - hehe.

Janet, I am totally jazzed. I loved living in Sacramento when Julie and I lived there! Um I would love the Delta King and the martini, (maybe next year when I turn 21 though). I'm just hoping that Joe's is a good time tonight. I love that place, it's the only Joes i've been to that has the upbeat, dancing, crazyness, that makes it awesome! I will hit up Arden Fair Mall for some shopping w/ my moms, and we will bet a little bit at Cal Expo. My Aunt works as a clerk for the Harness Races. Other than that it will just be good fun, hanging out.
oops - forgot you aren't 21 yet. Well - next time you'll have to stop by there. Arden is pretty nice although it's been a few years since I was there. Don't forget to grab some In-N-Out!!!

tonight I'm driving up to NJ after packing for the wekeend + the dog. Sat we're getting haircuts, and going to an engagement party. Sunday we have a Christening for my cousin's baby...then i'm dirving home and leaving C (and maybe the dog for this week) in NJ. boo. such is life!
A woman after my own heart!! Just trade Top Chef for our dvr'd faves and you've got our perfect weekend night!
Tonight we'll either do take-out or go somewhere nearby for dinner. And watch some tv.
Tomorrow, I have to do a couple loads of laundry, and would really like to hang the white sheers on the bedroom windows. Then we have friends coming over for dinner!
Sunday, nothing planned. Maybe run a few errands or catch a matinee and then we'll watch the Super Bowl at night.

Tonight: Waiting on E to get home so we can finish packing. Then he goes to work and I go back to sleep.
Tomorrow: UP @ 5am...get everything out in the livingroom and the pets situated in the bedroom (so they dont get hurt or skiddish). Breakfast at our regular place at 7:15a and the uhual at 8am. Then load it till 10am, keys at 1030am. Pictures of the apartment and unload the uhaul . Prime the walls, first coat of color. Grocery and misc. shopping.
Sunday: 2nd coat of color on walls. Stripes on LR wall. Unpack. Sleep.
Monday: Pets come to new home
Turn in keys to old apartment.
That's our weekend... oh and I need to get my dining table from my friends house on sunday some time..... yea we have a very full weekend.
