Help, Tooele or Dugway?

Does anyone, here, know anything about this community?  My husband's company might have to move there.  I'm a little worried, due to size and how far from SLC.  Please share with me if you are from there or know anything.  I didn't see just a Utah board. thanks so much!

Tooele county is actually very large, but if you're talking about the city of Tooele, it's about 30 minutes west of SLC. Just around the mountain. It's actually grown quite a bit. There's a lot of shopping centers and other things to do there. Dugway is a bit farther south of Tooele, if you lived there, you'd probably do most of your activities in Tooele or even going to Salt Lake.

Thank you!  Doesn't sound as bad.  People at hubbies company were saying it is in the middle of no where and 2 hours from SLC!

I live in Elko, NV, which is the middle of nowhere and is 3 hrs from SLC.  Tooele is a nice town.

Hi, i know this is later but I live in Stansbury Park which is a development/golf course 10min from Tooele (closer to the 80 exit though) & i commute into SLC everyday- to the other side of the city actually, its not bad if you can't find something to do in tooele its 30min in and the drive is very easy :-)
