Where is everyone? how was your weekend?
Hello!?! ::echos:: Where is everyone? I know I should be working, but I need a break from the excel sheet I've been viewing for the past few hours.
Hmm....well this weekend we painted the living and dining rooms. We've had the paint for 6 months and just now got around to slapping it on the walls. We used the same color on the ceiling, which we've never done before, and I really like it. I think I'll like it more once we get crown molding put up but we have to wait for that go on sale.
Except for the two stairwells all of the rooms in our house have been painted at least once. We're going to paint the kitchen again (waiting for a paint sale), put a new coat of white in the stairwells and then we are done. done. done. done. K has promised no more painting. I'll be so happy to eliminate one house project completely.

wow, you were productive! and i adore crown molding, i'm sure it will look amazing.
our weekend was good, although way too fast! we had unusually warm weather yesterday so i was able to take down all the outside christmas lights and we went for a walk around the pond in the center of town - getting some fresh air was awesome.
ps - how's your april lookin? feb and march are pretty crazed for us, but i'm thinking about an april ct gtg....

i'm around, but busy at work. silly people needing to get paid.
we had a busy weekend. i tried to go take my math exam on saturday but wasn't ablt to take it after waiting in line for around an hour. they gave me a slip saying they had to turn me away because of the long line and time limits, but it means i have to go tonight to take the exam instead.
we're at the point of picking the paint color for the bathroom, which i think we're going to try to do some evening this week, so we'll be doing some painting of our own very soon. i can't wait!
The first weekend is out but other than that I think April is pretty good.
I am working in the ER today and it is kicking my behind. :P I am just sitting down at my desk for lunch.

Friday we went to a playdate after work.
Saturday we went to the preschool fair. We found a school we LOVED. But it is $10,000/per kid for 3 mornings a week (9:30-12!) They won't be going there. We did get them a spot near our house and we are going to go tour next week. Hopefully, we like it! The boys godfather and girlfriend came over to babysit and we went on a date! We had an awesome steak lunch. Came home to two overtired kids. Got them fed and in bed.
Sunday we had the most relaxing morning we've had in a long time. L and I hung out on the couch watching Food Network and reading to the kids, while the kids played nicely. No one was screaming, no one was fighting, ahhhhhh. They took a great nap and then we went to the mall and to pick up wings and queso. A friend and her son came over to watch the Superbowl - but we only watched the first 15-20 minutes before the overtired kids went crazy and we had to referee. Got the kids to bed and watched West Wing on DVR.
can't remember what we did friday which prob. means I went to bed at 8. Boy am I fun!
Sat went to my first prenatal yoga which was fun and then out to breakfast. We had dinner with friends which was great but stayed up too late (10:30) which resulted in...
Feeling like crap all day Sun. S played b-ball in the am. We went to a super bowl party at S's old roomates and stayed until 1/2 time. Got home and barfed for a while (see ya nachos) and went to bed at 8:30. I felt better waking up and no barfing so far so it is a good day!
Weekend wasn't too exciting. Went to an engagement party in NJ and a christening in NY, so we were at my parents all weekend.
10k for morning only daycare? GAH. I'm so nervous about paying for daycare with kids. Can I ask how much you're paying now?
