anyone wanna do a 30 day shred challenge?
(for those who are lost, it's the Jillian Micheals work out dvd)
Figured we could note how many pounds or inches we lost at the end of our 30 day shred challenge. Plus keep in touch on how we are doing and various complaints we might have. (the planks in level 2 always kick my arse!)

we can start today. And for those who may not have the dvd, they can just use something else until they can. So start tonight with Challenge 1 and then tomorrow we can touch base. (those who don't have shred, you can just do a basic workout dvd/video for 30 minutes)
So, step on the scale tonight ladies, write it down and in 30 days we'll weigh ourselves and share the AMAZING results:)
p.s: let me see if my computer will let me rip this one and if so, I can burn off a few copies too. (ummm....correction: I will back up my copy for my collection and let my friends borrow them...hahahaha)

ok so how does this work?? i dont have a copy either..and ummm it's not really in the budget, but i do my 5 am work out almost daily at the gym. is that ok??
Ok I'm in. I started this in January and only did 1 week. Maybe with all the motivation I'll keep going and actually make it level 2.
