how is everyone feeling after shredding for 2 days?
Re: 30 day shred check in...
i'm not sure how the whole "sredding" program is supposed to work but i'm joining the challenge.
yesterday i didnt get to make it to the gym so i did an on demand work out! wow am i feeling it today.
today i made it to the gym and did my 35 min elyptical work out and then 20 min on the treadmill. i must say i'm feeling really good!!
thanks for starting this!
Oh man am I sore! On Monday I did the shred after being on a hiatus from working out for at least a month. Then yesterday I did the shred and attended a step/sculpt class at the gym. I didn't realize the step included weights! HELLOO!!! I'm moving at Granny pace today and trying to tell myself it's mind over matter. (((owwwww....))) And clearly it's not working!
I'm SORE and I want to cry. Who knew that working out withOUT weights for resistance would leave my muscles so achy. DH said that I must have done the exercises properly to work the muscles correctly...he was trying to be my cheerleader this morning.
So needless to say, I haven't done the workout today. Maybe I'll do it later and see if Jos & Nat will help me...ha!
I looked on my Cox FreeZone last night and there's 2 weeks of it on there ... is it the same thing?
I was unable to start 2 days ago. But I did it last night. I feel slightly sore in my arms and legs. I know, in just a few hours it will hit.
A suggestion: I think we should all take pics of our whole body, in a tank top and workout pants. One pic from the front, one from the side, and one from the back. Save them and then do the same after 30 days. Then we can post and share the results.
