Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Never take the lump sum option when it comes to deciding how to get my severence check paid to me. More than of a third of it went to taxes.

Oh man!! Severance pay is considered a supplemental wage, therefore, they tax at the 25% rate...which is no bueno.
No bueno indeed. Now i'm thinking I should have gone with the option of staying on payroll for the 4 weeks of severence they were giving me.
