i SHREDDED the entire family tonight before dinner!!! LOL
We got home, changed clothes, I put dinner on the stove and then the whole family did Jillian Michaels' 30 minute shred. It was sort of funny talking Jocelyn thru the exercises, but she liked it. Dan did it too and Natalie...well, she was easily distracted but did some of the moves.
