Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I wanted to reply back about how I made out on the refinance......I email your guy and still haven't heard back from him yet. Before I got your guys email I had inquired with Wells Fargo about refinance and another guy got back to me yesterday so we've been playing phone tag. I'll see who I get a hold of first 
I forgot to ask you what you paid in closing costs? Our refi through Bank of America was gonna cost us almost $4000 which I thought was a lot

We actually built a new home so our closing costs were rolled into everything so to be honest I'm not really sure!
