Please share your prayers!
My best friend's mom has stage 4 cancer, and this week decided to sign a DNR and stop her treatment. She's been battling cancer for nearly five years, and she's done fighting. I hate to see her let go, but it's been worse to see her get sicker and more depleted.
My friend is flying in from AZ tonight to be with her mom, and I'm going over this afternoon... Would you ladies have a few extra prayers to spare to make mom's transition a little easier? I love her like my own mom, so when I go visit I want to feel like I've got a whole army of love to share with her.
thanks
Re: Please share your prayers!
my thoughts and prayers go out to you!
I will share my prayers with you. I have a friend who has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and I've been going through the process with her as she is a single mother with not a lot of family to help out.
I pray that her transition will be painless. Just let her know that she is loved and things will be taken cared of. I see people almost everyday from cancer and its always harder on those patients that are so worried. I see and feel them suffering. But for those whose families are just being supportive and loving it seemed like it was easier for the patient to rest knowing things will be alright & that they are loved.
