Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I wanted to apologize to you for not sending the ornament. I have had to deal with a whole lot lately. My great aunt, one of my friends and another one of my aunts passed away before the Christmas holiday. I know there is no excuse, but I wasn't able to think about anything else during that time. I really hope you are able to forgive me. I know you don't really know me, but I did want to tell you I was sorry. If you could send me your address then I will mail you your ornament. Please respond to this message, so I will know that you read this. Talk to you soon.
