Work Schedule after Babies.....
I will be going back to work after the babies are born and maternity leave is over and have a choice. I will go back for four days a week and have a choice of Wednesday off or Friday off. Which do you think would be better? As far as schedule wise for the babies I was trying to figure out if two days in daycare, one day home with me, two days in daycare, two days home would be better then 4 days in daycare and then 3 at home. Any thoughts?
Re: Work Schedule after Babies.....
Sometimes my daughter has a hard time going back to school on Mondays after spending the whole weekend with us, so the whole 'work two days, take a day off, work two days' would be hard on us because then she would essentially have two Mondays, kwim? And seriously, as if Mondays aren't hard enough, who needs two of them in a week!
If I were you, I would enjoy the three day weekends!
