I have SO many favorite memories of our wedding (July 2005 at Shelburne Farms).
The first is this picture.... when we drove to the Chapel it started to rain and when the limo pulled in my dad organized a crowd of DH's friends and my brothers to come and escort me in with a bunch of umbrellas. My dad was so stressed about it and I felt so special and loved... that is the only moment when I cried that day...
And so I ran into the chapel with my dress hiked up on the arm of my father. This moment made me laugh and it was great:
I am a total AW because I have more....
DH and I chatted through the whole ceremony. It was as if we were the only ones there....
Annnnnd our first dance song was a surprise to me and so it was a special moment..
And lastly (I promise!) I asked DH's friend who is a band in Boston to perform as a surprise. We had an awesome time listening to him sing!
