What's everyone having tonight? I stopped at Giant on the way home from work today so I dont have to stop on the way from Pilates.
We're having meatloaf and DH requested buttered noodles again (so not healthy but he loves them). I'm thinking I am going to try this meatloaf recipe from Allrecipes...

Re: What's for Dinner?
I had meatloaf on my menu for this week too, but then yesterday we went to the IL's to celebrate my FIL's birthday and lo-and-behold my MIL made meatloaf! I'm not a huge meatloaf lover in the first place, so having it yesterday pushed my plans to make it back by a few weeks at least.
Tonight we're having turkey melts on pretzel rolls (discovered theserolls at Wegmans a few weeks ago - sooooo good!) and soup.
Ooo I'm coming to your house for dinner!
yum, your dinners sound yummy!
we are having grilled london broil, baked sweat potato, and either a veggie or salad.
Yeah I don't make it very often becauase I'm not much of a fan although I like it better made with ground turkey but DH likes it better with ground beef so every once in a while I make it. I'm hoping this recipe is good...although I already didn't follow the directions exactly since I just started throwing everything into the bowl with the beef and didn't realize I was supposed to sautee the veggies first...oops!!
Charlene, WHERE are these pretzel rolls? You're dinner sounds awesome. We'll need to pick some of these up next time we're there.

We found them near the bread, or rolls - which are near the bread anyway
They are called "The Original All Twisted Pretzel Rolls" and were $2.99 for a package of 4. I kind of just stumbled upon them but threw them in my cart super fast and I'm glad I did! Also, in the same area we found Arnold Select Whole Grain White Sandwich Thins which are very good too when toasted - kind of like an english muffin.
