I've been trying to be an every day showerer.  Haven't always been though.  But on days that I don't shower, I take a washing bath at least.

we had a different name for it growing up. it's not un-PC, but it's also too crude for a message board.

I didn't know that was acceptable as a form of cleansing once you are old enough to bathe yourself.
