As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Bham nesties - Rec your gym
Well... We were at one gym but it was entirely too expensive and we can't afford it, but thankfully it wasn't a contract. Now we're looking for a gym in the north shelby area that offers classes (pilates, yoga, and spinning preferably) and also has machines and free weights. DH isn't crazy about the Y, I would rather gouge my eyes out than go back to Gold's.

we're at hoover fitness now in bluff park, which does you no good. :P
when we were down 280 we went to the Y...i actually really liked it there. what about sportsplex? i've never even seen the place, but i think it's right past Fresh Market on 280. i always saw a sign right around there
