Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cardio Kickboxing.
Total shot in the dark here, but here goes...
I used to take a kickboxing class with Robyn at Crunch (wabash & grand) when I lived in Chicago a few years ago (like 2004 ish). I know she left for Equinox (900 n. mich) and was there for a while, however she is no longer on the class schedule.
Anyone know where she is teaching these days? I travel to Chicago a lot for my job now and would love to pop in for a class or two.
She really is that amazing! I have not found anyone who even remotely compares to her....
also my ipod is lacking some new workout tunes....
