So since Friday I am officially unemployed and this time not so much by choice. In January I started a job I actually liked but last week they announced schedule changes and were unwilling to work around my school schedule (I'm in my final semester so I can't quit school). I'm really stressed about being jobless but I have a few interviews this week so I'm hoping for the best. I have an interview at a company that I would love to work for on Thursday but its a group interview I'm super nervous since I've never interviewed with a group of other candidates before. Has anyone ever went through a group interview before? What should I expect? Oh and please wish me luck and keep your fingers crossed that I find a job soon.

Re: Wish me luck
good luck!!
i've done a few group interviews and actually enjoy them - the trick is to stand out from the crowd while also demonstrating that you work well with others. but they are good in that you can build off of what other people say and there is someone to take the heat off if you get stuck on any questions.

Good luck! I am sorry you are under such stress, it's no fun.
I had a group interview once. It was a general get to know you Q&A followed by a written interview. It wasn't hard, but it was kind of weird.
BTW, I think it's great that you have such a strong commitment to school :-)
Bestof luck ! I am sure you will wow them.
