Has anyone done there 2 week thing? Does it really work? I just bought some because it was on sale but I wondered if it would really help.

yes, I liked it made me go to the bathroom alot but by the end it gave me tummy aches

I would be interested to know how it works. My tummy is all out of wack especially during my cycle.... let me know if you try it. I just havent been able to commit to two weeks of yogurt. =( I get bored of it,

I get bored too, I have it and I'm on my second day, I think I'm only going to do it for 8 days. I have been switching from cherry to blue berry. It was 2 for 5 at the store so I said what the heck. I'll keep everyone posted.

what you get from dannon activia or any other type of yogurt is priobotic cultures...but not enough to help. my boss takes a priobotic capsule everyday (they sell them at wholefoods) and swears by them.  i'd check that out and see if it might help, but before you do it ask your dr to see what he or she thinks.

I was only asking because I bought some, only cause it was on sale and I heard about the 14 day thing. I don't really feel like I need it. Just wondered if anyone had tried it.

I use it, and it helps me.  However, it just tastes like regular yogurt, in my opinion.

Found it works for that and for the acidity that I get a lot. Hope it works for you!
