i'll review tomorrow. i hate to recommend something unless i've actually tried it first
okay, the results were pretty fabulous. it wasn't the prettiest dish that ever was, so presentation was_shit, but the taste - yummy! and the meat was so tender, as it usually is in a crock pot.
definitely give it a try. but use fresh ginger if you can. i couldn't bring myself to use the ground stuff.
