Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Shred / workout Thursday - check in!

I finally felt well enough to workout this morning.  And to change it up, I tried Jillian's PowerSculpt today.  Yikes - I think I'll be sore later.  LOL!

  • I have not done it in 4 days.  With J-man being sick.  I have been taking care of him.   Bad excuse, but very true.
  • I got to shred last night but I'm feeling sick today. Sore throat, achy body, sneezing like crazy. Not sure if I should shred today? Hmmm to shred or not to shred, that is my question...lol
  • I did it for the first time Monday and not since, too sore! I plan on doing it today though.
  • I did it for the first time yesterday and did it again today.  *ouchie*

  • I'd been doing really well with it but wasn't able to do it last night because I got a 2nd degree burn on my hand and wrist. There's no way I could've done the push ups or held the weights. I'm going to have to find something else to do until my hand heals.
  • Exercising keeps your immune system up so I say do the shredding!!!!
